Pick-up trash left behind on floor, in-between machines, and around casino premises.Dust and polish office furniture and EGD machines.Report anything that is not properly functioning or any unsafe conditions to management immediately regardless of location.Refill all soap and paper dispensers replace supplies.Clean all toilets and urinals using proper personal protective equipment. Clean and wipe down counter tops and mirrors. Report tears or unsafe-carpeted areas to management immediately.Sweep floors and vacuum carpeted areas to clear all debris and chewing gum.Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal, and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.While maintaining a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards our guests, this position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the casino public areas and public restrooms and providing information to guests.
